Transmission and Upholding of Buddhism
Stay true to your original intention: Madam Susan Kong
Stay true to your original intention: Madam Susan Kong

Madam Susan Kong has devoted herself to the dissemination and education of Buddhism for many years. She not only served as a Cantonese translator for numerous eminent monks and masters from mainland China but also taught Buddhist studies in various organizations. Her teaching at Tung Lin Kok Yuen-affiliated schools and the compilation of the Buddhist Studies Textbook for secondary schools have had a profound impact. In the second episode, we explore her remarkable contributions to Buddhist education, featuring interviews with two of her former students, Ms. Kit Lan LEE and Ms. Lai Lin TSUI . They share memories from Madam Kong's classes and reflect on the inspiration she brought to their lives.
