Monthly Meditation Special Edition - A Day in Temple |
|
Next Session: 16 August
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Tung Lin Kok Yuen, Canada Society
Our monthly meditation invites you to pause, sit, and return to the simplicity of the present moment.
There is no goal to achieve. No struggle to resolve. Only the gentle act of sitting with yourself—breathing, noticing, allowing. When the mind quiets, the world becomes clearer.
This session welcomes both newcomers and seasoned practitioners. Come as you are, and rest in the stillness that is already within you.
