"Pure Lotus Lamp" workshop |
|
TLKYCS hosted the "Pure Lotus Lamp" workshop in July. We had respectfully invited Venerable Chi Bun to lead us in using velvet strips to create exquisite lotus lanterns. The lotus, which had grown in the mud and bloomed above the water, had symbolized the transition from afflictions to purity, embodying the concept of remaining untainted despite growing in a muddy environment. Through this course, participants had been able to understand the pure and unblemished nature of life, finding serenity and bright happiness in tranquility. |
