During the Ching Ming Festival, the Society will hold the "Ching Ming Emperor Liang Treasure of Repentance Assembly". We gather to express filial piety and gratitude to our ancestors, and dedicated all merits and offerings to our family for their well-being in this life and next.

TLKYCS will organize “Sowing seeds in your mind” gardening courses and invites experienced farmer as instructors. Let the students put their body and mind on nature and learn the knowledge of sustainable development and ecology. In the process of planting, students can also extend the five mindfulness training of Buddhism to our moral relationship with ecology, nurture a sense of gratitude, and understand the wisdom of dependent arising by observing the process and results of planting.

The Society will host the "Great Assembly to Benefit All Beings” from June 2 to 9, accumulating limitless merits with compassionate aspirations from all directions. To ensure the successful completion of the event, we are currently recruiting volunteers to support. We pray for the active participation of devotees from all directions to accumulate blessings, cultivate wisdom, and spread positive energy!

TLKYCS is organizing a Guided Study Course on the "Sixteen Gates of Contemplations Sutra", and we are honored to invite Venerable Wai Leung Sik as the instructor. The Sixteen Gates of Contemplations is a practice method for Pure Land Buddhism practitioners. Through the guidance of the classical texts and the combination of recitation of the Infinite Life Sutra and Five Assemblies Reciting the Buddha's Name, participants will gain an understanding of the profound meaning and content of the scriptures. This will help integrate Buddhist compassion and wisdom into daily life.

The Society continues the "Sowing seeds in your mind" winter extension program, offers a variety of activities. During the six classes we will focused on agricultural themes, share knowledge about farming, food, tea, and mindfulness, deepening our understanding of the connection between people, the mind, and the natural world.

Next session on "Sowing Seeds in Your Mind X Film Sharing" will be held on Mar 23, 2-4 PM.
