大雄寶殿東西兩側，分別供奉藥師佛塔與六方佛塔，皆為高約四點五米的木構寶塔。兩塔對稱佇立，延續香港東蓮覺苑藥師佛塔原型設計，由本苑特別邀請工匠依樣製作，展現佛教藝術與信仰傳承的結合。

塔身為六邊形密檐式結構，共七層樓閣，以漆金工藝製成，塔簷綴掛法鈴，隨風輕響。每層供奉七尊佛像，合計九十八尊，並設有長明供燈，整體莊嚴肅穆，金光映照。

藥師佛塔內供奉藥師琉璃光如來，他於本願中發下十二大願，護持眾生遠離病苦，增長福慧。六方佛塔則供奉毗盧遮那佛與東、南、西、北、上、下六方佛，六方諸佛讚歎阿彌陀佛功德。

透過日常的恭敬供養，修習福德與願心，啟發與佛同願、同行的信仰實踐。

On the eastern and western sides of the Main Hall, two wooden pagodas, each rising about four and a half meters, stand in serene symmetry: the Medicine Buddha Pagoda on the east and the Six Directional Buddhas Pagoda on the west. Modeled after the Medicine Buddha Pagoda at Tung Lin Kok Yuen in Hong Kong, these pagodas were crafted by skilled artisans invited by the temple, embodying a seamless blend of Buddhist art and enduring faith.

Each pagoda, hexagonal with a dense-eave design, comprises seven tiers adorned with gold-lacquer craftsmanship. Delicate ritual bells hang from the eaves, chiming softly in the breeze. Every tier enshrines seven Buddha statues, totaling ninety-eight, accompanied by  endless prayer lamps, their golden glow casting a solemn, sacred aura.

The Medicine Buddha Pagoda honors Bhaisajyaguru, the Medicine Buddha, who vowed twelve great aspirations to shield beings from suffering and foster blessings and wisdom. The Six-direction Buddhas Pagoda venerates Vairocana Buddha alongside the Buddhas of the east, south, west, north, above and below, who collectively extol Amitabha Buddha’s virtues.

Beyond their artistic splendor, these pagodas are sanctuaries for reverence, prayer, and lamp offerings. Through daily acts of devotion, practitioners cultivate merit and align their aspirations with the Buddhas’ boundless vows, walking the path of faith together.
